TIPS FOR HEALTHY LIFE

everyone,
This
is the first time I am sharing something which i hope you guys understand
and take step to change your healthy life in better manner. Nowadays
student the will be facing many pressure related to your personal as well
as non-personal life so to handle such situation we should be prepared readily.
And we all that "health is wealth " which means health comes
first than the anything in the world. If there is no good health even having
everything you don't feel good. Health play very vital role in everyone life
for achieving good thing So why don't we all take a step to get a healthy
life and change your life .
Here
are some tips for getting healthy life:
1.EAT HEALTHY DIET
Eating a healthy diet in the right time can help you to solve many other issue related to immune system.It will not give you good result but also help to maintain your body weight which very common issue in person life.First, always eat breakfast in time.This may be difficult when you’re rushing
out the door to get to that 9 a.m. classes or 10 a.m. workplace, but grabbing a apple or banana goes
a long way in keeping you from overeating throughout the day. Also, never skip
meals and try to avoid eating junk foods.
2.EXERCISE
Doing exercise or yoga keep your mind fresh and healthy , in today's day people are being very busy due to work or study pressure and it may lead them toward stress and over thinking .so many companies and collages has colleges offer physical fitness classes and intramural sports programs,
so take advantage of these for a fun way to get exercise and maintain your health rather than using gadgets like mobile, tab etc. If you don't have enough time for workout you go for alternative way like walking in your room while doing your office or class work.
3.GET ENOUGH SLEEP
Proper sleep is very important for human being to function their life in proper manner.sometimes you may be tempted to pull an all-night to study for an exam or
stay out until 3 a.m. partying with friends or doing something which may affect your daily routine so please kindly try to avoid such situation and try to complete your work in right time.Sleep deprivation can lead to reduced brain function, fatigue, headaches,dark circle and eye sight problem also.so always get enough sleep to keep your mind fresh and healthy.
4.DRINK A LOT WATER
Staying hydrated can help your concentration and keep you from overeating. It also replenishes your body and gives you more energy throughout the day.our body is composed of 60% of water so to maintain our body functioning we should drink at least 2 liter per day for proper digestion.It keep mind ,face and body fresh.
5.RELAX
College students are usually pretty stressed with assignment, classes and exams, employee of the companies are also stress related to work activities but relaxing and having down-time is essential to staying healthy.Stress can cause you many problems and getting up and down in your life can adversely affect your health. The simple and easiest way to relax is to create a routine or a schedule and give yourself regular breaks time to time. Also, make sure you make time to hang out with friends and relax by reading a book, watching your favorite television show or picking up a hobby, it will help you to relax your mood and do your work without taking a risk.Sometime you can watch funny video for diverting your mind for unwanted disturbance and feel chill out during the whole days.
