so today's topic for my blog is "HOW CAN YOU IMPROVE YOUR COMMUNICATION SKILL??" which is related to some tips of communication skill that may help you to improve your communication skill in better manner.In today's generation, communication skill play important part of in people life for their personal as well as professional growth.Companies and Industries not only evaluate you in the basis of your certificate but also your communication skill to recruit you in their companies.I remember myself few year back , i was very shy and introvert person and i try to avoid interacting with other However, I’ve come a long way since then. I know it can be difficult especially for those that weren’t naturally gifted with great communication skills, I’m proof that it’s possible to become a better communicator if you’re willing to put afford to improve communication skill and guys it will worth it for you guys to cause it can change your life of living and interacting in the better way. So, I will share some tips for improving your communication skill which i had followed and am still follow for life time, hope so this post will be useful and helpful for you guys for improving your communication skill.
1.BODY LANGUAGE
Body language play very important part for improving your personality as well as communication skill.Body language is your personal trait which communicate to others how you’re feeling, sometimes communicating emotions without knowing yourself.you should focus on your body language also while interacting with others people.Body language show much you are confident about yourself while speaking with someone.Basic rules for good body language when communicating include always maintaining eye contact as well keeping an open posture rather than looking downward before interacting with other and please avoid giving unwanted expression while speaking with someone. example making smiling face when some is in sad mood,bad mood e.t.c.
2.CLEAR ABOUT THE TOPICS
you should be clear about the information which you giving to others.It shows how clear about topics and situation. Never try to initiate the information which you are not clear about it rather try to learn form other.If you are clear about the topic automatically you will be confident about yourself and it will seen in your body language also.If you are confuse about the message that you are providing to other, there is less chance of delivering the message in effective ways.
3. BE RELAX
When we interacting with others, sometime we tend to think that they’re judging us about every thing we do and say ,that thinking should not come to your mind. This affects everything we do when we communicate with others, whether we notice it or not which usually used to do so, stop thinking that because it may cause you big problem in future.you may not convey your feeling due to such fear of being judged. The truth is that sometime we overthink about it and We’re too busy thinking to ourselves that you’re judging us often times rather than someone.so be relax not every people have free time and care about what you speak and do.Never overthink about useless thing rather work on your other important thing.
4.RESPECT AND LISTEN TO OTHER PARTY /AUDIENCE
Communication is not about one person speaking and speaking not letting other person to keep her point of view. Communication is about both listening and speaking of both the party.Never try to disrespect other point of view rather listen and response in a mature way.For proper understanding of other point of view, you should listen them carefully and give your point of view by paying attention to what they have said.
5.EYE CONTACT
Eye contact also play important role while you are communicating or transmitting message whether to a crowd or one-on-one, maintaining eye contact builds credibility and demonstrates you care about your listeners or audience .Eye contact conveys that you interest in conversation and encourages your partner to be interested in you in return.but continuously eye contact is also not healthy,may be the other party feels awkward so sometime make eye contact and sometime see the person face while listening to other party.
